My stay at Hotel Metropol was quite a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the central train station, making it easy to explore Warsaw. However, the ongoing renovations caused some inconvenience, and I experienced a few hiccups with the room comfort and service. Overall, while I appreciated the clean and modern environment, there are definitely areas that could be improved upon.

I found my room clean and modern, but the mattress was quite hard. making it a bit uncomfortable for a good night's sleep. Also, I wished for a better pillow selection as they were lacking in comfort. The room was spacious, but a bit more soundproofing might enhance the experience.

While most staff were friendly, a couple of people at the reception had a bit of an attitude. it felt unwelcoming at times. The breakfast service was also chaotic. with staff quickly clearing plates away, which made it difficult to enjoy the meal fully.

The hotel’s location was truly excellent, right near the central station and very accessible to local attractions. I loved how I could easily hop on the tram or metro from just outside the hotel. It made getting around Warsaw extremely convenient.
